In the event that a third party has been sent to collect your order we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivery process. If you are planning to send a third party courier to collect your order please notify us prior to ensure your item is packaged suitably for the delivery. Our open hours for collection are between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mon – Fri. Any orders placed after this time will be prepared for collection the following day.
We will aim to prepare all orders to be collected the same day if ordered before 2:00PM. Please do not attempt to collect until you are provided with a confirmation that your order has been prepared and is ready for collection.
